Aisha didn't want to trade Jim off at all, but she was a woman of her word. She just had to tade Jim off or she'll look bad in front of her crew. Still, Aisha worried about Jim. The Terran had been lucky not to get eaten by Molly. Jim could defend himself pretty well, but he was nothing compared to a fully-grown Ctarl-Ctarl. Back on Sentiel III, the two would rough-house with each other and Aisha nearly always won. Aisha sighed and looked at the reports in front of her while she walked to Paige's quarters to check up on Jim. Aisha was learning about the two factions of Terrans....one from the Milky Way Galaxy and the other out of that galaxy. It seems a dispute had occured on Terra....but the report didn't say what the dispute had been about. Aisha hoped that the empire sided with Heifong,but that wasn't her call. It could be that the empire would be on neither side and see who won. All Ctarl-Ctarl ships were ordered to test the strength of each faction and see who was the weakest. Aisha didn't notice when Allison and Trisha walked passed her in the hallway. Aisha glanced at Trisha's waist to make sure Jim wasn't in her belly.
She came to Paige's quarters and entered it. She looked around and saw Jim sitting at a table, reading a book on the Geology of the Ctarl-Ctarl home world. Jim looked up to see who had entered.
"Aisha, is it true? We're going on shore leave?" asked Jim.
"Next month" said Aisha. "right now, we're tracking down a Milky Way faction spacecraft called 'Maiden's Virture'....I came to check on you"
It was a relief to see Jim still alive. Paige and Jim seemed to be getting along fine....along with Trisha. Aisha was happy to see Jim was making new friends on the Orta Hone-Hone. "where's Paige?"
"Taking a shower" said Jim. "where is the shore leave?"
"Either Blue Heaven or Tenrei" said Aisha.
"Tenrei?" asked Jim.
"The hot springs planet is siding with the Milky Way faction" said Aisha. "Blue Heaven remains neutral"
"How can a vacation planet side with anyone?" asked Jim.
"The wizards who founded Tenrei came from the Milky Way" said Aisha. "so,they decided to side with the Milky Way"
"I see" said Jim.
