In the sizable sickbay of the Horta Hone-Hone, two Ctarl-Ctarl were in beds: Woloma and Paige. Paige had been dragged out of her quarters by the tall Woloma, and she had been beaten up pretty bad before Trish managed to save her. Paige had a black eye, and a nasty scratch above her left eye. Woloma hadn't used a weapon; he had just transformed and attacked the smaller Paige. In thier transformed state, a Ctarl-Ctarl is even stronger than in thier normal state...and able to cause serious injury to a fellow Ctarl-Ctarl. Woloma had caught Paige completely by surprise, and had tossed her to the wall before she could even react. Then, Woloma went on the attack in his transformed state. He was just going to rip Paige's hand off, when Trish came along and took care of Woloma. Both of them--Woloma and Paige--had suffered great inuries that would take a full 4 days to heal. If it had been Jim...he would be dead now. It was hard to tell who was in the worse state because both of them had marks all over thier bodies. The fight had been about Molly getting revenge over Jim...but the fight ended with more humilition for Molly. Molly would certainly think twice before coming after Jim again.
Jim wasn't involved in the fight at all, although he would've gotten into it if it had lasted longer. Paige looked to be recovering slightly from the fight she just had, but she still looked bad. The doctor of the Horta Hone-Hone said that Paige's wounds would heal up in 3 to 4 days...if not quicker. Ctarl-Ctarl had amazing recoupative powers. Woloma's wounds would heal in 2 days...if not quicker. Paige and Woloma were in opposite ends of the sick bay. Jim hovered over Paige, who had just woken up. Trisha was thrown in the brig for being in the fight.
"Jim? What happened?" asked Paige.
"You were attacked" said Jim, and he told Paige about what happened.
"Molly? That no-good little..." said Paige, growling.
"Trisha came and saved you" said Jim. "the doctor says that you should be outta here in the next 3 days"
Jim was surprised that there was a sickbay in a Ctarl-Ctarl ship. Ctarl-Ctarls were strong and mighty..yet, they weren't fully invincible. A well-aimed attack could bring a Ctarl-Ctarl down..all you needed was a strong enough weapon to do any harm. Anything short of explosives would harm a Ctarl-Ctarl. When Jim had broken Molly's nose, it was sheer blind luck.
"Three days?!" asked Paige. "I'll recover long before that, Jim...just you watch me"
"That's the spirit" said the doctor, coming over to see that Paige was awake. The doctor of the Orta Hone-Hone was a short female Ctarl-Ctarl with black hair that came down to her waist. She even had a ring in her hair just like Aisha did. The doctor's name was Ashley Nightclaw. Ashley regarded Jim with a look of hunger in her eyes, but didn't made a move to attack Jim.
"You're Paige's slave, aren't you?" asked Ashley.
"Yeah.." said Jim.
"I heard a lot about you" said Ashley. "a Terran child prodigy with mechincal stuff"
"Don't you dare eat him" said Paige.
"I wouldn't dream of it, my dear" said Ashley. "I had a Terran earlier"
