Kagome looked at the jewel shard that reacted in her hand, she wasn't sure why it was reacting now, it wasn't for the demon. She shrugged and slipped the bottle of shards out of her shirt. None of the rest were reacting, so she thought nothing of it as she slipped the new one in not noticing the rest begin to glow, and the one reacting beginning to vibrate in the glass bottle.

It was several hours later when they stopped for the night and made camp off of the road. They all laid down to go to sleep, the only exception was Inuyasha who was sleeping in the branches of a tree above the camp. Through out the day more shards started to react like the first one, and began to vibrate inside the glass bottle, slowly stressing the bottle with minute cracks so that it was no surprise when the bottom of the bottle split off and the jewel shards fell free landing softly on Kagome's flat stomach, The shards immediately sunk into her skin and navel painlessly and began to react even more strongly inside Kagome's body.

While sound asleep Kagome's eyes opened to take in the world around her seemingly for the first time. Getting up from where she was her senses reached out feeling the two demons near by. One very young and lacking power, clearly no threat t all, the other much older was much more powerfu, it needed to be contained. Kagome dropped her underwear and stood below where Inuyasha was, her presence was not registering a threat to the half-demon, so she continued, slowly and gently lifting herself up close to the sleeping Inuyasha. Flipping herself upside down she prepared herself for the battle that was to come. He would not go quietly, not with Tetsaiga held to him, but she could do this.

Kagome slowly worked on getting his head lined up so that gravity would help her claim him inside of her, even if it didn't look like he would fit inside her tight body. It took only a few seconds before she had the top of his head and his ears beginning to slip inside of her.

For Inuyasha when that warm sensation began to climb down his ears and skull he began to awaken, it seemed odd that his ears and head would feel warmth like this. He awoke instantly when his body fell out of the tree tree head first, he tried to bring his head up but felt extreme resistance to the move.


Kagome for her part when she felt Inuyasha move simply said "sit" and a falling body became a propelled body as the magic worked and Inuyasha with Tetsaiga was forced inside Kagome's body, deep inside her womb. Oddly enough Kagomes flat stomach remained so even after taking in something much larger than itself. Kagome dropped silently from the tree, slipped her underwear back on and and laid back down to sleep.

Kagome woke in the morning with no memory of what happened that night and no idea of where Inuyasha was.
