Haruko smiled down at her bloated belly, and rubbed it. She hadn't unbirthed anyone for a long time, and she had forgotten how good it felt. Haruko also knew what would happen to her little Tak-kun next in her womb. She failed to mention this to Tak-kun for several reasons. One reason was that she wanted it to be a surprise for the young Earthling. Another reason was that she couldn't wait for Naota's reaction.
In the first 4 minutes of being in Haruko's womb, an umbilical cord attached itself to Naota. Naota was amazed that Haruko managed to get him in her womb. The next minute, an odd feeling was coming over Naota. It started in his head, like a robot was going to come out of his head....but, it didn't feel like that exactly. It was more like something was filling his empty head. Could it be his brain? Naota's head was empty ever since he was ran over by Haruko's Vespa--as far as he knew. He saw the X-Rays himself; his head was indeed empty. What had happened to his brain and why could he live without it being in his head? Even Haruko had no answer to that. Amarao had said that thanks to N.O. Energy, Naota's head had become a sub-space corridor, which was why things came out of his head. If that was true, was his brain transported to the other end of that sub-space corridor? And where did that corridor lead to? He knew the robots had came from Medical Mechicana, so did the robots came from the factory in Mabase?
A feeling of well-being came over Naota then, erasing what little fear he had. Then, a strange thought entered his head; Haruko was his mother now. The thought made sense to Naota at first, until he realized that he couldn't possibly be Haruko's son. The feeling of well-being became stronger, and....and...of course Haruko was his mother now.
