He had only left her side for a moment to talk with Ishizu and now he couldn’t find a trace of Serenity.
“Hey fatso, seen a beautiful girl with bandages covering her eyes?” Kaiba asked one of the customer’s rudely.
“No.” Kaiba swore and pushed past the man, maybe Serenity left the store. He poked his head out the door to check. He looked right, then left, but saw no sign of Serenity. By now, he was practically pulling his hair out. If that fake psychic and Yugi’s imaginary friend hadn’t distracted him, then he would of never lost Serenity. He leaned back against the wall and held his head in his hands. What the hell was he going to do? Serenity was nowhere in sight and he had no clue where to start looking. He could try to catch up with Yugi and ask for his help in searching, but then him and his geek pack would learn he’s lost Serenity. The last thing he wanted was Serenity’s stupid brother knowing how much of a scatterbrain he was. He needed to come up with a plan that involved only him.
“The security office,” he exclaimed. There were cameras all over this place, one of them must of spotted Serenity. He rushed out of the store and ran as fast as his legs would allow to the nearest security office. He would have no problem getting access because he owned everything in the mall. Sometimes, it paid to have everyone eating out of your hand. He just hoped Serenity was all right.
“Where are you taking me?” Serenity asked sharply, as she was dragged by one of the middle-eastern men that had been in the store. Beside her, Tea followed, not being held by the other man or trying to escape. She was going along freely. A few hors ago, she had felt a strange sensation pass through her body suddenly without warning. It felt good, like a small orgasm all over. She didn’t know what it was or the strange feeling of hunger she felt afterwards, but some how she knew those answers were linked to whoever these men were taking her to. They were in the sub-basement, underneath the mall. Christmas decorations and boxes surrounded them as they walked deeper into the dim lit basement. Tea wanted to tell Serenity that everything was all right, but some how she just couldn’t find her voice. Instead, she followed the men without a word, with no idea where they were leading her. They stopped when a figure stepped out of the shadows, revealing themselves.
“At last I meet the latest girl bestowed with the gift of hunger and the next girl to receive it,” the figure chuckled as they stepped into the light.
