Maximillion Pegasus stepped into the light. The middle-eastern man dropped Serenity gently to the floor, and Tea gasped. She hadn't seen Pegasus since he dueled Yugi at Duelist Kingdom. Yugi and Pegasus had a grand fight in a bubble of darkness, the Shadow Realm. It had been a long fight, but Yugi had won with the help of the Pharoah.
"What do you mean by bestowed?" asked Tea.
"Tea?" asked Serenity. "who is this man?"
"Pegasus, the creator of Duel Monsters" said Tea.
"And the President of Industiral Illusions" said Pegasus. "I see that you have the power of vore, Miss Gardner..and little Serenity here will soon have that power too"
"I thought only the Pharoah had that..." began Tea.
"Anyone with a Millieum Item has that vore spell" said Pegasus. "I don't have it anymore, because someone has my Millieum Eye" Here, Pegasus pointed to an eye-patch that covered one of his eyes that used to house the Millium Eye.
"Who stole it?" asked Tea.
"Well, first it was your friend Bakura" said Pegasus. "or...the evil spirit that lives within the Milliuem Ring to be exact. I think he still has it"
"So...how's come that people are starting to get this vore thing?" asked Serenity.
"The vore spell can be cast on the very air" said Pegasus. "When it's released that way, the spell effects every person that the spell comes in contact with. In short, everyone will be able to eat each other fairly soon"
"Who would do that?" asked Tea.
"That's what I want to find out" said Pegasus.


In the security center, Kaiba looked over the tapes of the last few minutes of the card shop. It showed himself leaving Serenity in front of the store...and that a middle-eastern man had grabbed her from behind. Tea, one of the Geek Squad, came up to the middle-eastern man and asked him to release Serenity. The middle-eastern man looked at Tea and said something. What was said to Tea was impossible to tell, because of the angle of the shot. A minute later, Tea went with the man. Yugi was busy looking at cards in the shop, and didn't notice what just happened.
