There seems to be a few holes in his story. He never gets that deep into fantasy mumbo-jumbo! Almost as if he's.... HIDING something!
"Seto are you trying to hide something from m-OOF!" Before Serenity could finish her sentence, she accidently bumps into that huge bulge of Kaiba's omega-plump belly! "Geez! Who put that huge bean-bag there all of a sudden?" Serenity wonders to herself.
Just then, Yugi runs toward the two talking after seizing some clothes he felt he didnt have to pay for because the store clerks 'mysteriously disappeared'! The clothes he seized were a paired of jeans with holes in the legs and a shirt with a picture of a spikey-haired guy saying "Once you go spikey, you'll be going 'Me Likey!' !"
"Sorry about that Serenity," he apologizes, "I had to uh.. make a pit stop! Huh? OH! Hey Kaiba!" He waves at Seto.
"Hello Yugi!" He smiles at him, "It's nice seeing ya again!" ...Wait a second! Kaiba's NEVER that nice to Yugi... something MUST be up!!
"Uh... Seto?" Yugi keep his distance to avoid that huge stomach of Kaiba's, "Uh... lots of awful stuff in your mall! Duel monsters came to life and everybody and-"
"I know, Yugi," he interrupts, "And I recently done research of this 'Evil One' those things were talking about!" Kaiba pulls some book he must of taken from the mall library and turns the pages.
"Ah! Here!" he points to a page, "Apparently, the Evil One they refer to is some kind of ancient tree..."
"A tree?" Yugi asks dumbfoundedly.
"Yes. Long ago, before the age of mankind.. duel monsters used to live peacefully together... until a strange plant grew in the center of the world. This plant grew into a humongous tree that beared eerie fruit on its vines. Out of curiosity, duel monsters ate these fruits... unknown to them, the fruits were made of the souls sealed in the Shadow Realm within it's branches! The fruit that they ate.. caused them to change. Their hearts blackened, their minds filled with nothing but pure hunger... hunger of anything and EVERYTHING they could swallow! And the fruits they ate gave them the ability to consume more than 100 times their size and STILL be hungry!! They would destroy whatever comes in their paths just for food, and the victims they destroyed WERE the food! They nearly destroyed the entire earth over these silly fights for food, so the Gods decided, for their own safety, to seal away all the Duel Monsters into stone tablets... and burn the tree to the ground! Though the tree was destroyed, the roots still survived..."
Wow... it seems our heroes' greatest threat is an evil age-old tree! But still, more questions remain unanswered! And unfortunately, they'll have to STAY unanswered, because Serenity got a call from her cell-phone! "Hello? Oh hi bro! Oh? Youre dueling right now! I'll be right there! Love you too. Bye!"
"Guys! Wanna go see my brother duel?" he asked the two!
"Sure! Let's go!" Yugi obviously agreed. Kaiba just said, "Yeah, in a little bit, I have to stuff to do, but I'll meet you there!"
"Cool! Later Seto!" Serenity waved goodbye as she and Yugi left the mall...
Unknown to them... Kaiba flashed a wicked grin, and the Millenium Ring appeared around his neck! He said to himself in the voice of Yami Bakura, "Hook, Line, and Sinker!"
*TAP TAP TAP* "Um...Master Yami," said the Harpy Lady still inside him, "They fell for your disguise. Your plan worked! Now let me out, please!"
Seto/Yami Bakura just stared at his bulging belly in silence!
"Um... Master Yami! Can you hear me??? It's getting really hot in here! It's starting to burn!! Please let me out now!!! PLEASE?????" Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
