The mysteriously familiar nurse with a nametag that reads 'Cassie' turns to Mokuba and says, "Ok, Kaiba Jr. Your brother's gonna need a little privacy for his.. um... physicals."
Mokuba nods, "Gotcha! Hang in there, bro!" and walks out. It was Seto and Cassie now...

Seto only shrugged to himself. He knew she was no nurse! What kind of hocus-pocus fairy tale crap is this woman trying to pull?!
"URRRGGH!! Are you STILL pretending to disbelief?!" Cassie gets fed up with Seto's 'denial'! "You must be as stubborn as a jack-ass and half as smart! Do you not even notice a pattern for your obvious ignorance?!"

Kaiba said nothing. He only thought back at everytime he denied the improbable (NOT impossible!). He denied eating a woman, he had a nightmare where a giant woman ate HIM! He denied seeing REAL Duel Monsters rampage his mega-mall, he got knocked upside the head with the Millenium Rod. He denied being in heaven, he got a good view of Cassandra's maw! He denied being dead PERIOD, he got a REAL good view of Cassandra's badonkadonk! Perhaps for now, it MIGHT be best to go along with this madness... he can make up some lame illogical explanation for everything later!

"...What the hell is a 'badonkadonk'?" Cassie wonders to herself, "Uh... anyway, are you gonna be a good boy now? Cuz I got news from the Big Lady!"

Kaiba said, "Sigh... ok ok. What does she want?"

Cassie stepped toward his hospital bed, "Because of your little outburst, she decided she wasnt going to speak to you at all! So since Im the only one that can stand you at LEAST, I'd have to give you the news!"
"Well?! What is it allready?" Kaiba asked, "What do I need to do save the world from total destruction and all that crap?"

"This!" Cassie reaches between her breasts and pulls out a card, "You'll need to use this when the time is right. Dont know when, cuz she didnt tell me! Probably during the finals of your little tournament."

Seto takes the card and takes a look at it. There's a picture of a hand pointing a finger at Seto. The card reads 'Pointing the Finger'. It doesnt have any attack or defense points, nor does it have a special ability. 'What good'll this do?' Rich-Boy wondered...

"Auuoh!" Cassie shrugged 'I dont know', "All I know is Im supposed to give it ya! So I did. And now for your back problem..."
"What? What back problem?"
"I uh... kinda smashed your spine a bit when I crushed you with my butt back in Heaven. Youre going to need surgery. A circular cision around the cartilage should make you feel good as new."

"Allright fine," Kaiba said, "Get this operation over with! I got a company to run!"
Cassie nods her head and smiles, "Attaboy! We even have the best doctor around to perform the surgery! DR. UTHERICK! YOUR PATIENT IS READY!!"

In walks the slightly drunken long black haired man Joey regretfully fought in a duel. Only now, he was in a doctor's uniform with a paper-board in one hand and his best friend Morgan in the other hand!

He bows to the nurse, "Thank you so much, dear Cassie! You are free to leave now!" Nurse Cassie bows to him steps out of the room. Now it's just Seto and Dr. Utherick.

"Ok, Mr... um...." he looks at the name on the paper-board,"...'Soda Kebob'."
"That's SETO KAIBA!!!" Seto growls, "How DARE you not know my name??!!"

"Whatever," the doctor continues to read, "Ok, it says here youre due for a um.... 'circumcision'."
"WHAT?! NO!!" he protested, "Not a circumcision you dickwad! A CIRCULAR CISION!!"

"Yes yes, Mazel Tov, La'Chiem, Das Ve'danya, and all the crap! Now then..." the doc reaches into his pocket and pulls out a butcher knife!

Oh hell! Poor Kaiba only wound up in the hospital for surgery on his back... now he's gonna end up losing quite a huge chunk of his...AHEM... just cuz a stupid doctor cant read a few simple words! Oh, Seto'll NEVER live this down if his employees got word of this event!

He spit-shines the knife and says to Kaiba, "I hope youre not as big a screamer as that Miro-something guy!"
