The good news is that although Ishizu proves to be far superior than her brother externally and internally, she is still not yet powerful enough to completely dissolve human prey inside her stomach in a matter of seconds. Because of this flaw, Marik's digestion will be extremely slow, buying him some time.
The bad news is... just what exactly can he do in the amount of time he's got left?! He tries to pound on the inner walls and even scratch as hard as his nails possibly can. Unfortunately, his futile attempts at struggling barely even tickle Ishizu, let alone hurt her. His sister simply sits upon his brother's former throne waiting until Marik finally tires himself out and accepts his fate as a sacrifice to the new Pharoh Queen.
"Urrggghh.... aauugghh....." she could overhear her brother's groaning in agony, "S.... Sister... why... how could you...?"
Ishizu eyed her brothers Millennium Rod and replied, "You never were fit to rule. Fate foresaw that you lacked the potential and would only prolong your inevitable downfall. According to my Millennium Necklace, I am the next in line. I am the one gifted with the necessary abilities to change the dying future of this sick world. And with the help of my new friend... I will make it happen!"
Although he couldnt see him, Marik could sense a smug grin across Yami Bakura's face.
Sure enough, Marik was surprised at his sister's change in attitude. "I...Ishizu!! This... isnt like you! What's gotten into you?!"
Ishizu snickered a little at that predictably fitting pun! Marik on the other hand didnt find his situation the least bit funny. Since he couldnt break out of her by himself, he had to rely on help... his servants!
"S...SERVANTS!!" he cried out from inside his 'chamber', "Loyal... loyal servants!! Quickly!! Your master needs help!"
Sure enough, they did hear his plea. They gathered around the woman sitting upon their master's throne as well as her loyal servant standing beside her. However...
"Go ahead," Ishizu smiled as she tapped the Rod against her hand, "cry out for them. They know they'll just join you in the end."
"W...what?!"
"They'll be plenty of room for them when youre finally gone, and that wont be long from now. I already have the Necklace, Ring, and Rod. I've yet to reach the peak of my power and already I'm unstoppable."
Damn... that's true. And to make matters worse, Marik's servants know that it's true.
"D..DONT LISTEN TO HER!! YOU CAN STILL STOP THIS!! GET ME OUT OF HER!!!" Marik continued to scream, but in the end his servants....
....bowed their heads.
"All hail Mistress Ishizu!"
"All hail Mistress Ishizu."
"All hail... my Mistress Ishizu..."
With this, Yami Bakura laughed, "HA! It looks like the vote's unanimous...." but then glared at the only one left still not bowing his head, "...except for one!"
The tall, dark skinned man with Ankh earrings and huge Egyptian scripture tattoed on the side of his head. Not exactly bald, but the only hair on his head is wrapped in a pony tail. Even Marik could sense his defiance against the Queen...
"O..O...Odion!!" Marik cried to him, "...Quick... stop her! Save your master!!" Poor Odion was caught in the middle. He was torn between what he should do... he couldnt defeat Ishizu by himself, but he couldnt just stand there and let Marik die!
"Make your choice, Odion," Ishizu warned him, "join me and together we'll create a new and better world free of all impurities. Or would you rather face me and die like he will inside the new Pharoh Queen?"
It was a hard choice to make... loyalty or inevitability?
"W...what are you... waiting for?!" Odion could see Marik's face sticking out in that huge bulge, "You... promised your loyalty to me!!! ...P.....please..... he...lp....." Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
