For Odion, the choice was clear: he couldn't just let his Master die!

"I'LL SAVE YOU MASTER MARIK!!!" Odion yelled.

Ishizu frowned. "So you'd rather die..."

"NO! I will succeed." Odion pulled back his right sleeve, to reveal ancient markings that neither Bakura nor Ishizu had ever seen. "I've come prepared!"

"What are those things!?" Yami Bakura yelled.

"These are runes containing ancienct magic, " Odion explained. "I was to only use them in protecting Master Marik. It will cost me some of my life, but I'm willing to pay that price."

"Odion..." came the muffled voice of Marik. Thoug no one could see it, Marik was crying. He was crying for his serva-no, his brother. With Odion's intended self-sacriface of some of his life, it had opened Mariks eyes. How much had he hurt Odion, all these years? How many others had he hurt? Because of his hatred, many were hurt, dying or tortured. Now his own sister had become evil!

'I can't let this happen! I have to repent! I won't let anyone be hurt by my actions anymore!'

On Marik's forehead, the Millenium symbol appeared on his forehead.

On the outside, Ishizu clutched her bulging stomach, which start to churn violently. Everyone could only watch as golden light shot from her stomach and in front of Odion. The light materilized into a familiar figure.

"M-Master Marik!" Odion said in surprise.

"You don't have to call me 'Master' anymore,... my brother. " Marik said, gently.

Odion took in Marik's new appearence. His hair was sticking up, similar to how it did all those years ago when the other Marik mudered their father. But they eyes were a different story. Mariks eyes, once hard and cold, were now bright and determined.

"How?! How did you escape?!" Ishizu screamed.

Marik glared. "You underestmated me sister. Just like you, I wasn't at my full power. My mind was clouded by hate and anger and may heart was ice. But now Odion has guided me back to the path I was always supposed to walk."

Marik extened his hand outward, infront of him. The Millenium Rod glowed and pulled away from Ishizu's grip and into Marik's hand.

"I AM the master of the Millenium Rod, not you. Your Necklace cannot truly predict the future, Ishizu. Now, as a guardian of the Pharaoh, a protector of this world and as your brother, I will guid you back to the light or I WILL DESTROY YOU!!!!"
