Somehow, the Black Organization has come within a hairsbreadth of discovering that Conan is really the annoying teenage detective Jimmy Kudo they thought they had eliminated a long time ago.
Hiding out at the Professor's house, Conan is confidant everything will blow over, but his fellow young again companion, Anita, is not convinced.
As the scientist who developed the drug that turned them both into children, Anita has developed a new serum that will let Conan hide, but to use it, she's going to need some help of a form the Professor just can't supply.
While Conan is working on his homework with the Detective Boys, she picks up the phone and calls the Moore house. No one is home, but she leaves a message that Rachel should come over soon to pick up Conan.
A few hours later, when the Professor has left to take Conan's classmates home, the doorbell rings. Anita answers it and finds on the doorstep...
