"Where's Otaru?" asked Lime, leaning against the mountain too. A few boulders were knocked loose by Lime's hand, but she didn't notice. "I thought he might be with you"

Up ahead, Otaru could see a ring of muscle firmly shut. He crawled to get a better look at it. Once next to the ring of muscle, Otaru tried to pry it open with his hands. Strong muscles suddenly pushed Otaru in through the ring of muscle and he entered quite a large chamber. The ring of muscle--Bloodberry's cervix--closed behind Otaru, leaving him in the large chamber that was her womb.

Otaru could hear that Bloodberry was talking to someone, but he couldn't hear who she was talking to. Actually, he could hear the other voice, but it was muffled and distorted. Nontheless, there was no mistaking that Bloodberry was talking to Lime.
