"Do you mind if I join you?" asked Sabrina. Misty wanted to say no, but couldn't see the harm of Sabrina joining them for lunch. Besides, Sabrina re-paid Ash alreadly. Surely, Sabrina wouldn't try to steal him away. Casey was dunking her fourth shrinkee into sauce without really looking at what she was doing. Ash continued to eat at his oversized plate.
"No, go ahead" said Misty.
"Thank you" said Sabrina, sitting next to Misty. Sabrina was sitting directly in front of Ash, a fact that went unnoticed by the tiny Ash. Misty raised an eyebrow but said nothing and picked up a shrinkee from her plate and dunked him in sauce.
The last time Ash and Misty had been with Sabrina, Misty was turned into a doll and Ash nearly joined her and Brock in her toy box for as long as she lived. But, something happened that never happened before...Sabrina laughed. She laughed at what Ash's Haunter was doing. At that moment, Sabrina was her old self and her evil side was defeated. Sabrina and Ash had talked briefly after Ash got the Marsh badge from the psychic. She said that she was thankful that she was back to normal. Sabrina also said that she would re-pay him one of these days for helping her. Well, part one of Sabrina's payment was finished.
Now that Ash is a shrinkee now...Sabrina could re-pay him the way she wanted to in the first place. Only this time, Ash would have the time of his young life. The problem was Misty. Ash and Misty were pratically boyfriend and girlfriend. It would be hard for Sabrina to re-pay Ash the way SHE wanted to with Misty there. The hug was only the first step...next, would come....
Sabrina got the attention of a waitress and ordered another bowl of shrinkees, since Misty and Casey's bowl was half-empty.
"So...you eat shrinkees too?" asked Ash, looking up from his oversized meal.
"Well...kinda" said Sabrina. "I teleport them directly to my stomach so they won't suffer too much. Now don't worry, I won't teleport you to my stomach"
"I should hope not" said Ash.
"So, Sabrina" said Casey. "you're a Gym Leader?"
"Yes" said Sabrina. "I'm one of the toughest gym leaders out there"
Ash knew first-hand that Sabrina was no push-over when it came to pokemon battles.
"Of course...I was having a crisis when Ash and I met, as I said" said Sabrina. "I was going to turn him into a doll"
"A doll?!" asked Casey. "awwww, how cute. A little Ash doll"
"You wouldn't think it would be cute when you're the doll" said Misty darkly. She was still miffed about being turned into a doll by Sabrina.
"Oh....I guess I wouldn't" said Casey, looking sheepish.
"So, where are you guys going?" asked Sabrina.
"To go see my mom" said Ash. "I haven't seen her since I shrank"
"Will she eat you now that you're a shrinkee?" asked Sabrina.
"I doubt it" said Ash. "although, I've seen her eat shrinkees before...." he gave a little shudder.
