Misty looked as if she didn't want to talk about the first time she had eaten her first shrinkee. Then, Misty let out a sigh and started to talk.

"When everyone first became shrinkees, I was at the Cerulean City Gym" said Misty. "my three sisters were shopping, and left me to be the gym leader for once. I'm happy to say that I'm a better pokemon trainer than my sisters. Hell, my sisters would GIVE away the Cascade Badge just because a boy was cute. Anyway, this kid comes up and challege me for the badge. Well, he had heard of my sisters giving away the badge for free, and he demanded that he got the badge for free as well"
Misty paused, and glanced down at Ash. Ash was eating from the mountain of pasta on her plate. As she watched, Ash looked up at her and looked sheepish.
"When I said 'no', the kid got angry" said Misty. "he called me such flithy names. And it was in the middle of his ranting, that he suddenly shrunk right in front of me.
"I took pity on him and picked him up. BUT, he was still ranting and raving. I got so mad at him that I said 'Settle down or I might eat you' and he said 'I like to see you try' and that was my first time. The kid didn't taste that bad, you know. Soon after that, I found that it was legal to eat shrinkees...and there you are"
There was silence in the kitchen. Casey wasn't paying attention and ate her pasta. Delia had an expression of triumph.
"But, I'll never eat Ash" said Misty. "he's very dear to me, you know"
