James had been feeling a tingling in his limbs since morning. Something hardly noticeable but it had spread from his toes to the tips of his fingers. At first he just thought it was a case of the shakes, maybe just a seizure. He was used to getting hit with blunt objects, blown up, eaten by Victorybell, and receiving massive amounts of trauma from other sources. He’d developed something of a twitch and the occasional breakdown. This was something else though. Looking up at Jessie his eyes widened with shock. She was now filling his palm. Was she growing?!...... No, he was shrinking! James let out a feminine squeal, “AHHHHHH!!!! Jessie, save me!!!”
“What?!” The redhead growled, annoyed. She’d been lost in her thoughts but now James was pulling her out of them with his incessant whining, “What’s wrong now? H-hey!” The now loose glove slid of the blue haired rocket’s hand and Jessie tumbled to the floor.
“I’m shrinking! Oh no, Jessie help me!” He pleaded ready to break down into tears, “I’m actually shrinking!” He flailed his arms comically in the air, his suit now much too big for him. It would have been an amusing site to see if it wasn’t so damn pitiable, “Calm down! There’s nothing you can do now!” Jessie chastised him harshly, ‘damn, now what’s in store for us?’ With the two of them both shrunk they were stuck in quite a sticky situation……. Well, there was Meowth, he could take care of them…… But she figured they’d more likely become ‘servants’, part of Meowth’s ‘crew’. He was almost as big an egomaniac as she was. Working for a loud mouth pokemon…. That was just something Jessie couldn’t stand to have happen.
Jame’s thoughts were a lot less collected and more on the present, “ARGHHHHH!!!!! SAVE ME, SAVE ME-E-E-E-E!!!!!” They were in an alley that branched off from a pretty deserted street. His frantic arm waving and crying didn’t catch anyone’s attention, which was probably a good thing truth be told. Even in a very liberal shrinkees rights town like thins one you never know….. Meowth was in an alley half a block away still fishing around for some grub. The incompetent trio had split up to cover more ground.
For some reason seeing James panic calmed Jessie down. She had been on the verge of a nervous break down just a few minutes ago. Now things had just gone from bad to worse yet, surprisingly, it was seeing James crack that helped her keep her cool. He needed her right now. If she wasn’t there to slap some sense into him like she usually did, who would? The man would just fall to pieces without her. Jessie strolled over to the now empty rocket uniform. There was a tiny white lump moving back and forth towards the center of the shirt. Reaching in the calm yet aggravated Jessie reached in through the collar and pulled the hysterical man out. She slapped him across the face, “Get a hold of yourself!”
Misty stopped in her tracks. While walking back to the hotel something white had caught her eye. She peeked into the nearby alley. There was some squirming on the ground. Some sort of mouse pokemon? A pichu or pikachu? No…..
The girl moved closer. Ah, so that’s what it was. A smile formed on Misty’s lips, “Fancy meeting two you here.” The two rockets, a very messy looking redhead woman and a naked twitching blue haired man looked up at the giant girl who’d managed to take them unaware.
“Eep!” James gasped; Jessie was at a loss for words.
“Heh, looks like someone’s finally gotten their just desserts... Well, come on, in you go!” Without any further explanation Misty quickly scooped up the duo and tossed them in her small bag of groceries. After Casey had ended wearing her dinner Misty had decided to step out for a bite to eat. She’d passed a small grocery store and decided to pick up some supplies. Enough to make a sandwich and enough for breakfast and lunch for the group tomorrow. No shrinkees though for obvious reasons. Now she had two, two she wasn’t particularly fond of. It’s sometimes sad revenge is a dish best served cold but Misty was in the mood for something piping hot. Maybe stew……
……………………………………………………….
Ash watched the discussion from the floor. He was pretty amused by the whole conversation. He’d gotten down from Misty’s bed (where she had left him). She’d postponed snuggling with him to go out and get a snack. She’d be pissed as hell to see that he’d come into the second room of their hotel room unescorted. He could have fallen and broke his spine if he’d fallen from the bed. Or he could be stepped on by one of his giant barefoot friends. Ash thought Misty was a tad too over protecting but she meant well. Truth be told, though he hated worrying her, he loved to see her reactions when he did something dangerous. It just felt really great knowing someone cared about him so much. Usually she’d get mad and chastise him (not so fun), then hug him and beg him not to worry her in the future (quite a bit of fun). He couldn't help but think she enjoyed him sneaking up on her though she'd never admit it. That was in the past though, when they were just best friends, now they were boyfriend and girlfriend. Hopefully the 'close friends' hug would be upgraded to a shower of kisses. He’d been planning to find some way up onto the couch or the kitchen counter but then his friends had shown up. Rather than interject Ash sat back and decided to watch and see how things would play out.
“Come on you love doing nice things for shrinkees don’t cha?” Casey begged.
“W-well…..” Daisy was as red as a fire hydrant.
After their talk Casey had become a bit skeptical about picking up a girl. They were sold but they were very expensive and their certainly weren’t any in the area. It was then Casey remembered they had one more full sized girl traveling with them. One that was actually often considered for Brad who wasn’t as scraggily and foul tempered as Misty.
“Pleeeeeease! He thinks you’re really cute!”
“Does he?” If at all possible Daisy went a little redder.
“Oh yeah! He even told me he….. uh….. he said your knockers were to die for!” Casey wasn’t very good at making things up on the fly. Obviously she’d never wine and dined anyone and most of her relationships with boys were one night ordeals. In you go for a few minutes of pleasure, still alive? Then hop into this hotdog bun. That’s how most of Casey’s dates went, but hey, the boys never complained the day after.
“That’s a very….. er….. kind thing for him to say!” Daisy was a bit shocked but charmed, Brad was very handsome after all, even at his size. She was flattered that a man, any man, would be interested in her, “but….. aren’t you two…?”
“Wha?... No, don’t be silly! Brad’s a bit too short for me.” she joked, “Besides we’re more like family. No mushy stuff going on like with Ash and Mist.” That was true enough.
“Well, I appreciate the offer….. I’ll have to sleep on it.” Daisy sweat dropped.
“Oh come on! You’re just trying to weasel your way out of it!” Casey griped, “Here, I’ll give your pick of my Electabuzz trading cards,” she had doubles, “A jersey, the foam hand I keep in my backpack, this official cap.”
“Wow; that all sounds lovely but I really don’t.”
The door swung open and Misty stepped in humming under her breath, Casey looked up surprised. It was enough of a diversion for Daisy to slip away through the door that connected their rooms.
“Damn it!”
“What’s wrong?” Misty asked cheerily, she looked at the younger girl in her pajamas, “you and Brad having a lover’s quarrel?”
“Shove it.” Casey growled, she was about to storm off back to her and Brad’s room when she saw Misty pull two shrinkees out of her grocery bag. Ash made his way towards his titanic girlfriend.
Misty wrinkled her nose as Jessie’s odor wafted up to her nostrils, “Ugh, have you been swimming in garbage. I guess I’ll have to wash you off under the sink.”
Was that what Casey thought it was? The blue haired baseball fan stepped closer, her anger dissipating. Now she was just curious. Ash pulled himself up onto one of Misty’s sneakers. Staring upwards was surreal, even after all these months. Misty pulled item after item out of her bag. Ingredients for sandwiches…… maybe soup too, and waffles! Ugh, he hoped she wasn’t planning on combining all of them. He still remembered Misty’s surprise stew when Brock had fallen ill. 30+ secret ingredients but it smelled like only one, Miltank manure. A culinary genius Misty was not.
“I wonder what a woman tastes like?” Misty tried to scare the tiny rocket.
Jessie visibly shivered, “Y- you wouldn’t dare!”
“Jessie I’m scared! I’m to young to die inside the belly of a twerp!” James cried.
Casey suspicions were confirmed. She looked at Jessie appraisingly and licked her lips, perfect!
Just then Misty felt a tug on her sock, “Hmm?”
“Hey Misty, you’ve got a shrunken chick! You really aren’t going to just eat her are you?!” Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
