There was a distant sense of awareness that something wasn’t quite right but his mind didn’t try to find the source of the disturbance. Seeing she wasn’t going to be repelled from the dream world she plunged in. Ash’s mind didn’t notice its intruder nor did it try to dispel the pokemon gym leader who had materialized within it. Sabrina approached the two love birds. She couldn’t deny that she was somewhat jealous of Misty. She was a gym leader too but she’d ignored her obligations to go traveling with Ash. Oh sure, she had 3 sisters, but that didn’t excuse her from her duties…….. There’s a thought. What did Misty’s three sisters think about her dating a shrinkee? Did they even know? In the future Sabrina might be able to use them to drive a wedge between the couple before her. That is, if she couldn’t topple the blossoming yet awkward relationship sooner. It wasn’t that she disliked Misty, though she did, all she really wanted was Ash’s company. After curing her of her…….. Split personality Sabrina had felt no small amount of affection for the boy. In fact she often found herself deeply depressed thinking about him. She had just written him off as ‘gone’ fearing he had shrunk or traveled off to a distant continent. It was complete luck she’d stumbled upon him.
Ash was back on the ground. He drew his sword from it’s sheath and chopped into the trunk of a dandelion. Eventually he was able to fell it, “A flower for the most beautiful maiden in all the land.”
Misty blushed prettily, “Oh sir Ash.”
Sabrina frowned, that should be her right now. Misty was just some snot nosed brat who would wind up accidentally killing him during her foolish pokemon hunts, or worse, deciding he was less than human and eating him alive or using him to explore her body until he died in one of her orifices. (Of course if Sabrina knew more of Misty and her relationship with Ash she’d have know reason to suspect these things. But she did not, and even if she did it probably wouldn’t have stopped her meddling). Sabrina would get Ash to agree to go back to her gym with her when she was done with her quest. She was sending out mental waves trying to track down latent psychics for her gym. The shrinkings had taken many of her top pupils from her. As soon as she was done hunting down new students she’d take Ash back with her and he’d never have to worry about getting stepped on or eaten again. Sabrina’s gym was a fortress.
Misty had placed the flower in her hair, “It is the magnificent color as your eyes though it does not do them justice. Such a thing pales in comparison.”
Misty swooned, “Please stop flattering me so my lord, I fear I may faint!”
Sabrina smirked; Misty wasn’t any where near that dainty. Looking at the flower she was surprised to see it had changed colors to match Misty’s eyes. Well…. It was a dream after all. One could make stuff up as it went along.
Ash spread out his arms as if to catch her. Misty gently lied down on her side. Ash wrapped his hands around an elbow. Misty put the back of her hand to her forehead in feigned fatigue.
“Oh my good sir Ash, I fear I shaint be able to stand again for quite some time…. Will you protect me until I can rise again?”
“Of course m’lady.” Ash sat on Misty’s thigh, sword drawn, just waiting for some horrible beast to try and attack them.
“My lord is very brave.”
“Enough of this.” Sabrina snorted, she thought Ash’s dream was cute but she didn’t care for one of the participants.
It wasn’t Ash’s pikachu mount that bugged her. Even dream Misty seemed to dislike Sabrina. Her eyes nearly glowed red and she gnashed her teeth, “You!”
With a snap of her finger Sabrina banished dream Misty to some distant corner of Ash’s conscious.
“What the?” Ash feel out of the air onto his butt.
“A true maiden has come seeking you.” Sabrina smiled.
“My lady is Misty is a true maiden.” Ash said defensively.
“But she can’t satisfy you.”
She wouldn’t force herself on Ash. Though she wanted physical contact with him she knew he was younger than her, and even Misty, and she knew he would be intimidated if she tried to initiate anything sexual. Still, he was in the process of puberty and it seemed from his dream he was interested in girls….. Or at least Misty. Sabrina was convinced she could get him to care for her to. Enough that he’d being willing to leave this pointless legendary water pokemon hunt and come live in the safety of her gym……… by her side. Sabrina curtsied then started to approach. Ash backed up.
“Good sir Ash, I only wish to talk with you. No reason to be nervous.”
“I……. I must go find the princess. She has been kidnapped!” Ash, who had seemed confused and a little nervous suddenly grew more bold and certain, “Yes, this is villainy most foul! Me thinks the shadow king Gary may be behind it. Pikachu!”
The pokemon moved forward allowing him to mount.
“No wait!” Sabrina moved forward to stop him.
When her hand descended and snatched him of the back of his pikachu steed she was pushed from his dream world. Ash woke up sweating and panting within Misty’s shoe.
“Whoa…… What was I dreaming about?” A few seconds later he was out like a light.
Sabrina cursed under her breath. ‘That was enough for tonight’ she decided. She didn’t expect the dream world to help her too much in wooing Ash anyway. She’d need to do most of the work in the real world.
Waking up herself she sat up. Looking at Ash she decided to try a talk in the real world. In the flash of an eye she had teleported the two of them a few hundred meters away. Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
