Evil Giantess.
The name 'Evil Giantess' stirred something in the gigantic Mii. She hadn't been gentle when she was a giantess last--she had crushed a man with her giant breasts. True, it had been an accidnet...but she was only trying to stop those men from taking pictures of her. And she had caused damage well over 1,000,000 yen. And she wanted to be worshipped as a goddess--which half the male population of the city already did. Yes..she would be an evil giantess.
Mii noticed some small print at the bottom of the paper. It was just barely big enough for Mii to read:

If you choose to be an Evil Giantess, you need to set up some rules for your worshippers...and have them do whatever you want. We suggest that you pick a single leader for the small people, and he can boss around the other small people. Of course, you're free to do whatever you want.
Any self-respecting Evil Giantess needs at least:
200 or more worshippers
At least one temple to you
10 or more people to eat a day (vigins are preferred)
A throne (usually a football staduim or similiar)
20 or more personal slaves
A punishment system


Hmmm. Sounds good. Mii put down herself as an 'Evil Giantess' and the paper vanished into thin air. Smiling, Mii stood to her full height--which was 300 feet tall.
"ATTENTION PEOPLE OF MY CITY!" yelled Mii at the top of her lungs. Her voice echoed across the entire city. "YOU ARE NOW UNDER THE RULE OF MII, THE FLOWER SPIRIT. GATHER AROUND ME TO HEAR YOUR NEW LAWS!"
