Takuma made a good mayor for the first week. The old mayor of the city mysteriously dissappeared, and nobody knew what happened to him..though, there were rumors about the old mayor being Mii's lunch. As his first act of the new mayor, Takuma ordered contruction of Mii's temple where the school was. Takuma declared all schools closed forever in the city. This made all the children of the city very happy. Next, Takuma hired 20 of his friends and called them the "Mayor Squad". The Mayor Squad was made out of people aged from 11 to 23. The Mayor Squad (also known as the "Cabinet" to the townsfolk) was in charge of making up new laws and punishments, and enforcing those laws and punishments. Anybody that didn't listen to Takuma and the cabinet ended up in Mii's stomach.
Mii was happy to see how Takuma was running things. Takuma was putty in her gigantic hands. He was rewarded with the honor of being between her massive breasts every night.
Mii had made her personal throne out of a large domed football stuidum. She sat on top of the dome, and ate the 10 people that Takuma sent her to eat. The 10 people that was eaten was picked by a lottery system, excluding Takuma and his cabinet...and certain people that Takuma liked.
Mii had made a punishment system too. The bigger the crime, the bigger the punishment. These are some examples of the new laws.

THE NEW LAWS AND PUNISHMENTS

1. All Schools are closed forever, by order of Takuma. If any school re-opens, the punishment is two weeks in jail and/or fed to Mii.
2. Curfew for adults is at 11:00 pm and ends at 7:00 AM. Punishment is a week in jail. Chronic offenders will go to Mii for punishment.
3. By the order of the Cabinet, nobody is allowed to talk about overthrowing the goddess Mii. Punishment is up to Mii,
4. Worshipping is allowed, only if you're worshipping Mii. Punishment is up to Mii

And so on.
