When Rongo had first seen the news of Mii taking over the city, the water spirit had literally stayed still for three days. She didn't move, she didn't make any sort of expression, instead, she just stayed still, looking on at the TV as it showed various forms of Mii's domination, crushing buildings, eating people, and being worshipped by the city.

About three days later, the chibi form of the water spirit broke from her trance and attempted to analyze exactly what was happening. Or rather, she did so over a bowl of ramen that Natsumi's conspiculously absent parents had left behind.

"OK, Mii's used her giantess form to take over the whole city, and now she's eating people. That's bad, right? I can't let her do that. And I'm probably the only one with the power to stop her."

Then the other, darker side of Natsumi's perspective emerged. "But she's helping her friends. Hmm, if I grew to her size, I could join her. We could rule this city together. Heck, we could both be worshipped as goddesses! I wonder how people taste?"

Any way Rongo looked at it, she had come to two realizations. The first is that beef ramen was way better than the chicken variety. The second was that she had to make a firm choice, to join Mii or oppose her.
