You approach the bakery area where Gina is. "Gina,” you say loudly to catch her attention "do you need any help?" Just then a bakery worker lays a tray of cupcakes on her enormous belly. She begins to gorge herself and ignores your question. To get her attention you take the tray off of her belly and hold it over her head. She throws her lardy arms up to grab it but soon drops them in exasperation. "What the fuck!" she screeched spewing crumbs from her mouth. You placed the tray back on her belly and she continues to stuff her face. "Do you need any help?" you repeated. She looked up at you and began to speak with her mouth full "Well I'm starving!" you gave her a puzzled look as she devoured another two cupcakes "Last night I barely had to lift a finger and crowds of people would keep me constantly satisfied." She let out a large belch and continued "Now people only feed me every few minutes and I'm too big to get more for myself." You consider the possibilities of ways you can help her. You wish for Gina to be constantly fed.
