Ted started to walk backwards away from Mary. For him it was brown trouser time. Sh could see that he was afraid so she shrank back to normal size.
"What the hell just happened here?" asked Ted.
"Hey it's magic," replied Mary. "Remember from the restaurant."
Ted is still speechless.
"Don't be afraid. I'm still the same person you love but I'm a little different now."
"I little different," replied Ted. "A LITTLE DIFFERENT! You're more than a little different."
"I know just don't panic. I won't hurt you if you don't upset me."
"Ok ok it's just that you took me by surprise. Jesus Christ I don't think anybody could have been ready for that."
"It alright look on the bright side. Now I can reach the top shelf without using a stool."
"Yeah you're right about that."
Then Mary increases her height to 50 feet. She placed her hand on the floor next to Ted. This indicated that she wanted him to hop on.
"Fancy a lift home."
