Gwen kept growing until she was over 100 feet tall. She saw that everyone seemed so small next to her. She expected to feel a sense of power. But instead she felt afraid. This had never happened to her before. She burst down and began to cry.
"Why did this happen to me?" asked Gwen. "If my life couldn't screw up any more now I'm huge."
Everyone had run away from her. But only Daniel was still there. He walled up to the giantess's big foot and he called down for her attention. He got it and she picked him up and bought him up to her level.
"Gwen what happened to you?" asked Daniel.
"I don't know. I just got really angry. Then I grew." She began to cry even more. "I was a super tall freak. Now I'm an overgrown freak."
"Don't say that you have both inner and outer beauty. That's why I asked you to the prom."
"But you would have preferred to go with one of the popular girls."
"No they may have outer beauty. But you’re the most beautiful and kind person I know."
This was able to break a smile onto Gwen's face. And she began to shrink back down to her normal size. She put Daniel on the ground and then she finished shrinking.
