Just then the police came in the squad cars and there was the SWAT team. Everyone there was expecting to see a giantess. But instead they found a normal size man and a freakishly tall girl.
One officer gave them a lift to Gwen's house. He told them to not be out in the streets with whatever there was out there.
The pair go into the house and they see that Ted was watching some TV. He was surprised to see Gwen back so early. When he looked back at TV he saw a news reporter about Gwen's little growth episode. He turned around and looked at her.
"It's happened again," said Ted.
"No Daddy," replied Gwen. "It only happened once."
"Not you. Your mother had the same power."
"What?"
"How did you think she grew from 5'4 to 7'10 over night? You've inherited her powers."
"Are you telling me that Mom could become gigantic?"
"Yes she could. And now you must make sure that no one else finds out about your powers. If they do they'll try to take you away."
"Ok Daddy I'll try."
"That's my girl. And hello Daniel."
"Err Hi," replied Daniel.
