Gwen and Daniel went upstairs to her room. They sat on the bed and she was very worried. He tried to comfort her as best as he could.
"Are you alright?" he asked.
"No Daniel I'm not alright," replied Gwen. "I'm scared."
"Of what?"
"We were lucky that no one was hurt. But what if someone did get hurt next time. If I accidentally killed someone I could never live with myself."
"Then thank God you won't. Gwen the only time you grew was when you got really angry. To tell you the truth I've never seen you so angry."
"That's the angriest I've ever been."
"See so you've gotta stop yourself when you get to that point of anger. Or maybe you could learn to control your powers."
"I could do that."
"And if you did you could maybe use your powers to help people."
"Yeah I could do that. I could be like one of those guys out of the comic books."
"There you go."
"Thanks I feel better now."
