"You must have been really tired," said Ted.
"Growing can really make a girl tired," replied Gwen. She then stretched her long body and then she lay back.
"Anyway breakfast is in ten minutes. I've made your favourite."
"Pancakes?"
"As always."
"I’ll be down in a minute."
Ted then left the room and Gwen got up. She had a quick wash and then put her dressing gown on and some large wooly slippers. Then she went downstairs and saw Ted dishing up the pancakes. She gave him a little kiss on the cheek before sitting down in one of the specially made chairs.
In front of her was a mountain of pancakes. Normal people wouldn't be able to eat a third of it. But it was enough for this giant of a girl. She soon began to chomp on it. She was loving every bite.
"This is beautiful daddy," said Gwen.
"Anything for you princess," replied Ted.
"Thank you."
"Now there's something you really need to do for me today."
