That night, Ted came to say good night to Gwen.
"Good night, Princess."
" 'night, Daddy."
Ted frowned. Gwen usually told him everything that had happened during the day.
"Something wrong, Princess?"
"when i got back from that warehouse, my soaps were over."
Ted frowned again. That was Gwen's problem?
"Well, good night."
Ted shut off the lights and closed the door.

The next morning...
Gwen awoke. She could hear pancakes from the kitchen. She changed, dressed, and went downstairs for breakfast.
"Morning Daddy!"
"Morning, Princess."
After they ate, they both sat down to watch some TV.
"Good thing the TV waves came back on." Said Ted.
But Gwen was staring at the screen. She saw the two words that affected her soaps: SERIES FINALE
"Nooooo!!!" screamed Gwen. She wanted to destroy the TV, but calmed herself.
"DADDY!!! I can't believe it! The end of my soaps was on Saturday night, but I'm leaving Friday afternoon!" Said Gwen.
"I'm sure that old headmaster of yours will grant you a temporary TV to watch your finale." said Ted
"But i don't want my soaps to end!"
Ted sighed. "Well, Princess, things don't always go your way."
