Tabitha helped John look for a job. There were several about but none that were for him. It wasn’t because he was too stupid or lazy. It was just that he didn’t want to do those sorts of jobs. But then he saw an ad for a job in the shop where the game was. This made him come up with a brilliant idea.
A little later we see Tabitha and John in their apartment. They were sitting on the sofa and John was ready to tell her about the job.
“So which one did you pick?” asked Tabitha.
“I picked the job in the game shop itself,” replied John.
“Why that one?”
“Because I would get staff discount. This would make it even cheaper.”
“I guess that’s true. When do you start?”
“Next week.”
“Good now you’re going to know what it’s like to have a job. But for now you’re going to know what it’s like to have a girlfriend who loves you.”
They both got up from the sofa and they headed to the bedroom. They both smiled at each other when they entered.
