Over the next couple of weeks Rose and James stayed in the forest together. Rose would tell him about her adventures when she was living in the land of the giants. He still found it a little hard to believe there were so many others her size.
One day we see them enjoying their lunches. Rose was still showing him how to eat properly and he was trying as hard as he could. But suddenly he felt the ground shake a little.
"What was that?" he asked.
"What was what?" replied Rose.
"I felt something." He felt the ground shake slightly again. "There it is again."
"I don't feel anything."
"I only feel this when I'm on the ground and you're walking."
"You mean there could be another giant here."
"Maybe."
Then they saw a huge figure coming through the trees. Rose stood up and grabbed James. She kept him close to her so to keep him safe.
A few seconds later she could tell the giant figure was a woman. She began to recognise the figure. And a few seconds later he saw it was her best friend Charlotte with the original James.
