"Now Gemma do you know where Gwen is?" asked Rose.
"Well she told me that she was going somewhere up North," replied Gemma. "She began to wrap herself up so I think she's going somewhere cold."
"We all better wrap up warm or else we'll freeze to death up there."
The giantesses then began their long trek North. On the way they would pick anything up that would keep them or their men warm. Eventually they had picked up enough stuff to keep themselves warm.
While on their way north they could feel the fall in temperature. They felt it gradually getting colder and colder. They began to wrap up the James so at least they were warm.
After a few days of traveling the giantesses were on the frozen plains of the North. They began to look for obvious signs of a giantess. They found some footprints but they were a few days old but this was the best lead they were gonna get.
They began to follow them across the plains. Everyone was cold and hungry but they couldn't stop. Water wasn't a problem. They just got some snow and put it into their mouths. The snow would melt and become drinking water.
