When the Hurricane past the giantesses started to inspect the damage done to their home. Many trees had been blown over and many innocent animals were killed. This saddened them a little but there was nothing that they could have done to save them. Entire forests were gone and this meant that most of the giantess’ food was gone as well. They were thinking about their options and they could only come up with one.
Later on they started to have a discussion with themselves and the men. They were going over their options and one kept popping up that everyone had no choice but to agree on.
“We’ll have to go back home,” said Gwen.
“But what about James and James?” replied Rose. “They’ll be killed if we go back there.”
“We’ll hide them. But we must agree that we can no longer live here. After the hurricane it can’t sustain us anymore.”
“That may be true but we can’t risk the lives of the men for our own sakes,” said Charlotte. “Even if we do starve to death.”
“But we have no other option. The only thing we can do is go back home and hide the Jameses.”
