The thing stared at the giantesses and it licked it's lips.
The picnic was going well. No other giants came so James was safe. The food was still fresh and delicious and the drinks were still cool. Charlotte kept James on her shoulder while Gwen just picked one or two apples. They ate the succulent apples and then they lay down and rested a little.
“That was a nice lunch,” said Gwen.
“Yeah what a perfect day?” replied Charlotte. “We should do this more often.”
“Not too often though. Then it wouldn’t be special anymore.”
The two giantesses giggled at each other. But soon it was time to pack up the picnic and take it back to the house. They had enjoyed themselves but they could relax in the house as well.
A few hours later Gemma came back. She was covered in dirt and she went straight to the bath to get herself nice and clean. Rose came in with her James a few minutes later. She had been cruel to him for the show and now she was making it up with kindness.
“You know I hate doing this to you,” said Rose. “I just hope that I didn’t hurt you too badly.”
“It’s alright you didn’t,” replied James.
“Good because you know I hate hurting you.”
