"Do you want to play a game?" asked Charlotte.
"What?" replied James.
"I know it's childish but I want a little fun with you. What do you say?"
James began to think about it for a few moments. He couldn't see a reason why not to and he knew that she wouldn't hurt him. He looked up at her and smiled.
"Ok what game did you have in mind?" asked James.
"Well you run away and I'll try and catch you," replied Charlotte.
"But you'd beat me every time."
"Not if I only take tiny steps." She then put James on the ground. "Now run little man."
James then began to run as fast as he could. Charlotte gave him a head start but when the waiting was over she began to follow him. She was giggling all the way.
"I'm gonna catch you little man," said Charlotte in a playful voice. "And when I catch you I'm going to give you the biggest kiss you could ever imagine."
James then ran under one of the sofas. Now it would be extremely difficult for her to get him.
"Hey that's not fair."
