The men then began to walk down the cave. Rose's James had made a torch out of a stick that he had found. He had taught himself how to make fire when he was alone in the forest before he met Rose.
All they could hear was dripping water. They were a little scared but nothing to terribly spook them to going back to the safety of the giantesses. But they were taking every step slowly just in case of danger.
"This reminds me of one of those monster books where a monster kills people one by one," said Charlotte's James.
"Now is really not a good time to bring that up," replied Ryan. He then heard something bang on the ground. "What was that?"
"Maybe it was a humming bird."
"Somehow I don't think humming birds live in caves and even if they did probably not this far down."
Meanwhile the giantesses were having a little laugh with themselves. They were making some noises to scare the men. It was only a bit of harmless fun.
"Let me try," said Gemma. She then did a groaning noise. The men were able to hear this from where they were.
