“Ok let me think,” said James.
A couple of years ago before James before he had met Rose or even been given the name James. He was still living as a wild man in the woods. He would use all his skills to bring down and kill large deer.
But one day he was just about to slice open a kill when Dabura appeared in front of him. He was startled at first but his basic instinct was to protect his kill. But the demon Dabura just laughed at him.
“You expect me to try and kill you for something as small as that?” asked Dabura. “You really are pathetic.”
At this stage James’s English levels had plummeted and he could barely talk. But he just got his spear in his hand.
“Cute weapon.” He then put his finger on it and it burned to a crisp. “I’m amazed that you could even come up with something like that.”
James began to back away a little. But Dabura appeared right behind him. He suddenly jumped with surprise.
“You’re interesting,” said Dabura.
He then laughed a little.
