“Simple see if there’s anyone who does know where they’re gone,” replied Rose. “For now that’s all we can do.”
“But can you see anyone close?”
“No but that’s probably because I’m too big to see them from a distance. I’ll have to get closer to see them.”
Rose then began to walk closer to one of the villages. But when she got there she saw that it was completely deserted. By now James was a little more uneasy. He wasn’t sure what exactly was happening.
“Where is everyone?” asked James.
“That’s a very good question,” replied Rose. “Surely they all couldn’t have just disappeared into thin air.”
“From the looks of it they have.”
“But that’s impossible. Surely they would have left some kind of trace.”
“Maybe I can find something.”
Rose then put James on the ground and he began to look around for any clues to the whereabouts of everyone.
