They decide it's best that Jean stayed in the countryside. If she went back into the city she would endanger thousands if not millions of lives. She just sat back on the hill with Scott in her hand.
"How exactly did you get so big?" asked Scott.
"I don't know really," replied Jean. "I was just walking across the street when some big truck toppled over and some sort of chemicals spilled all over me. Then I grew. And I don't know if I'm gonna have another growth spurt."
"It's alright if you stay here you shouldn't be able to hurt anyone."
"That's good." Then she feels a shiver run down her spin.
