As the weeks went by Jean recovered from her cold and thankfully no one else had caught it. Everyone could take off their protective suits and could breathe fresh air.
Jean continued her performances with the circus. She made it the must see show on the planet. People were coming from all over the place just to see her. The Ring Leader was making thousands a day through her.
She liked performing for the public but she would also have her cure on a regular basis. She dreaded to think how big she would become if she missed just one. She was told that if she did miss one it would be several months worth of growth spurts rolled into one. By now that would be bigger than a galaxy.
One day she was getting ready to perform. She put on her costume and preparing herself. She was just outside out of the public's view. She was then approached Boris. He had her cure with him.
"Here is your cure Jean," he said.
"Thank you," replied Jean. She then quickly injects herself with it. "That's a relief. And how many do I have left?"
