Usually they wouldn’t reveal things like this to the public. But they knew that Jean wanted to help. They also feared that if they didn’t show her the evidence then she go on some sort of rampage. But deep down Jean would never do that. She was too gentle.
“Were there any witnesses?” asked Jean.
“No none at all,” replied a police Officer.
“That makes things more helpful. Ok do we have any suspects so far?”
“The investigation so far is too early to have any suspects.”
“Ok this is getting us no where. Do you know anything about the killer?”
“Well from the knife wounds on the victims we can tell that he’s had some military training. They were in all the deadliest places.”
Jean started to think a little. Being in the army narrowed it down a little. But there must have been millions of people on this planet who served the army. Going through them all was going to be close to impossible.
“We do have his DNA,” said the Policeman. “That’ll help us.”
“Yeah if we find him then we can compare the DNA samples. And if we’re lucky we might get a match.”
