Carefully reading several of the old books, Zelda learned of what was called The Forgotten Temple located deep in the Kokiri Forest. The Forgotten Temple was too the three goddesses that created Hyrule...in fact, according to one of the old books the Forgotten Temple was said to be in the oldest place in all of Hyrule. The way to the Forgotten Temple has been lost for countless years, but it was rumored that the Kokiri children knew where it was. Zelda had read that deep in that forgotten temple was a magical artifact--the books didn't say just what it was--that could grant one person the power of a goddess...or to become one. The books weren't that clear on what the magical artifact did. If Zelda could find that artifact, she could reverse Malon to her original size. Zelda doubted that her magic could do anything against someone as large as Malon...the magic would probably just bounce off of her. She could go get Link to get the mysterious item, but that would be like looking for a needle in a haystack the size of Hyrule Field and Zelda wanted to end this as quickly as possible. So, Zelda had no choice but to go by herself to the Forgotten Temple.
Nabooru was also investigating the strange blob of flab that had invaded Gerudo Valley. The flab didn't extend to the hideout, thank goodness. Since the defeat of the King of Evil, Nabooru had one hell of a job to convince the other inhabitants of Hyrule to trade with the Gerudo people. Also, without evil in the world to fight off, Nabooru had plumped out slightly....nowhere near the weight of a certain farmgirl to be sure, but enough to tell that she had gained some weight.
"Where did this.....thing came from?" asked a female guard, reaching out to touch the wall of flab.
"I don't know" said Nabooru. "but..."
When the female guard had touched the wall of flab, the guard nearly doubled in weight! The guard was skinny as a rail, but when she touched the mysterious wall of flab, she had doubled her weight.
"What the...?!" asked the guard, pulling her hand away.
