Amy paused thinking about whether she should help or not. Afterwards, she said....

"Yes, I'll help you Tom." she said and a smile was shown.

"I think i should warn you this girl is really athletic and quite a fighter" I said to her.

"Tom....let's go to my place."

Apparently Amy wanted to show me something and didn't tell me what it was. I simply waited until we got to her dorm room in her college.

She had exercising equipment all around and a treadmill in a corner near her bed.
"It's been six months since we've broken up Tom...and in order to get my mind off of you I've been going to the gym as you already know as well as working out here." she said.

"Amy what exactly do you wanted me to see?" he asked her.

"I'm guessing you didn't notice by my heavy clothing i have on so...." Amy quickly undressed in front of Tom who got looking confused and nervous at the same time.

10 seconds later, She was in a sports bra and panties. But what Tom saw was her incredible physique. Amy was toned, tanned and had almost had a six pack shown. She had also lost a few extra pounds. She looked like a really hot Supergirl!

"I got a bit buffer" she said with a smile.
