A thought suddenly occurred to Konohamaru as he examined his much bigger body. He was as big as Naruto! A mischievous grin slowly stretched across his face as he imagined how shocked Naruto would be when he saw they were eye to eye (although Naruto was still about the same size he usually was in comparison to Konohamaru thanks to his own growth spurt). "I'll make him sorry he ever ignored me or tried to brush me off!" He said with a snicker, rushing towards the door of the warehouse. Of course, thanks to his new size, he clumsily ran his shoulder into one of the many crates within, knocking it to the ground. The old wood shattered on impact, releasing a cloud of dust into the air. Konohamaru coughed and waved his hand, not noticing as he sucked in more of the growth dust, speeding his growth rate up past Naruto's though the effects wouldn't become apparent until later. However, the majority of the dust merely gathered into the air like dust motes, swirling in the wake of Konohamaru's body as he ran out of the warehouse and back towards the village. The glittering trail followed Konohamaru until he reached the village gates, the shining particles flying fully in the face of another young shinobi.

"Hey! Watch where you're kicking up dust kid!" Kiba shouted, coughing as he got a face full of what he thought was dirt. Konohamaru ignored Kiba as he continued running in pursuit of Naruto, eager to show off. The dog ninja sighed and shook his head, his hands in the pockets of his hooded sweatshirt. "Man, kids these days. No respect!"

He turned and continued out of the village gates, heading to the training area to work out some frustration. He had gotten into an argument with Shino and he was eager to beat on some wooden dummies in place of his teammate. Slowly, unnoticed by him, his body was beginning to grow, stretching taller and wider with every foot step...

Konohamaru growled in frustration as his search for Naruto continued to be fruitless. He was so focused he didn't even notice the stares he was getting as he ran around in only a pair of boxers which were becoming increasingly tight on him as his body slowly continued its growth. "Where could he be?" He asked himself, looking around.

"Excuse me..." A Chunin slowly approached Konohamaru, being as cautious as if he was dealing with an escaped mental patient. "You do realize you're walking around in your underwear don't you honorable grandson?"

"Huh?" Konohamaru snapped, glaring up at the Chunin. The older man actually took a step back, slightly intimidated by the look in the young ninja's eyes. It didn't help that his body had added on some muscle making him look like a pint sized powerhouse. He put his hands on his hips and said, "Yeah, I'm only in my underwear. What are you going to do about it?"

The Chunin gulped a little. He had never really been that brave. He was more of a behind the scenes strategist type. He squared his shoulders and said, "You can't be running around like this. It's indecent. I'm going to have to escort you back to your home."

"I'd like to see you try!" Konohamaru shouted, getting into a fighting stance. All through this conversation Konohamaru has slowly been growing, his once small biceps now far more respectable, already bigger than this pencil pushing Chunin even though he still only came up to his stomach, this his head was slowly but surely inching upward. His pecs were full and round, pushing out over a slowly deepening six pack abs. His thighs were filling up the pants legs of his boxers, tearing further the already ripped boxers. His calves followed suit, pumping up and making his legs look even thicker. His feet widened and lengthened, his toes inching across the ground. Even his bulge was becoming more impressive, pushing out against the straining button while his backside pushed out against the back. Crouching down as he was, he looked even more intimidating to the Chunin. He gulped again and took a step back. "Uh...never mind...."

He turned and ran off, leaving a grinning Konohamaru behind. "Yeah, that's what I thought!" A strange feeling was welling up inside Konohamaru. He felt so...powerful. He had never felt quite like this before. He was used to be a little kid, one that no one really took seriously. Now...things were different! The young and still growing boy continued his search for Naruto, feeling more spirited now.
