"Tell me what you know!" Hinata yelled, snapping again and tackling Sakura. Sakura was taken by surprise and as a result, also had a broken nose. She was able to get Hinata off of her and got back up.

"It's for him to tell you," Sakura said.

"I want to know now!" Hinata said, activating her Byakugan and attacking Sakura head on. Sakura was worrying about avoiding this when something stopped Hinata.

"What is this?!" Hinata asked looking at a red slimy tube that was holding her back.

"The heir to the Hyuuga clan should have a bit more control," came a voice. Sakura behind Hinata and saw a tall white haired man coming at them. Behind him was a toad and his tongue holding Hinata.

"Thank you, who are you?" Sakura asked.

"You can call me Jiraiya," Jiraiya said.

"Wait, Jiraiya, the legendary toad hermit and partner to Lady Tsunade?" Sakura asked.

"You know of me," Jiraiya said with a smile. He touched the tongue and it disappeared. He looked at Hinata. "I think you should go home and think on your actions," Jiraiya said, in a uncharacteristic voice. Hinata shook slightly from fear of Jiraiya's tone and she quickly ran off. Jiraiya smiled. "That voice always works," he said before looking at Sakura. "What's your name again?"

"Uh, Haruno Sakura," Sakura said.

"Nice to meet you, Sakura. May I see your stomach?" Jiraiya asked.

"What!? Why?" Sakura asked.

"Because Tsunade wants me to look at your seal Angelmaru used on you. I'm better in this area than either of my comrades," Jiraiya said.

"All right," Sakura said, lifting her shirt up.

"Now focus your chakra," Jiraiya said. Sakura did and Jiraiya examined the seal. "Hmm," Jiraiya said.

"Is something wrong?" Sakura asked.
