"Do you hear the laughing?" Gaara asked. Naruto looked at Gaara.

"You mean a cold laugh when ever you think of victory?" Naruto asked.

"So we're the only ones," Gaara said, "The shadow boy from before said all he felt was an urge, nothing more. This voice, do you know who it belongs to?"

"I'm sure it's Orochimaru," Naruto said, "He wanted us to fight to destroy Konoha and become his slave."

"I thought as much," Gaara said, "When I started growing, I felt it inside me like I feel the Shukaku. It's pull is weaker than my demon's."

"Yeah, mine too," Naruto said. Sakura looked at the two giants.

"They're not fighting!" she thought happily, "And Naruto has a demon with in him? Well if it helps them fight the control, who cares?" "What will you two do now?" Sakura asked, hoping for a peaceful solution.

"Part of me wants to fight you again Naruto," Gaara said, "But I don't want to kill without reason. Seeking power and revenge aren't worth it."

"I agree," Naruto said, "It's tempting, really tempting. But we need to find away to release this control first."

"I agree," Gaara said.

Elsewhere, Orochimaru was watching the two. "Hmm, why aren't they fighting?" he asked aloud.

"Could it be they both carry demons and it grants them more resistance?" Kabuto asked.

"Most likely. I'll just need to find someone to force them to fight," Orochimaru said, laughing again.
