"I can't believe it," Jiraiya said after Shizune briefed him, after dragging him out of the "hotel" he was at. They were now on the move back to Konoha. "Orochimaru has gone too far. We'll have to stop him."

"That's why Kakashi was sent with some ANBU to find him," Shizune said. Jiraiya looked at Shizune.

"Is Tsunade insane? Kakashi's been corrupted. If he gets close to Orochimaru, he might be tricked into a trap!" Jiraiya said, before increasing his speed ten fold. Shizune could barely keep up.

Naruto led Gaara and carried Sakura to the training field. Even if they fought, there would be no damage to the village. Both Shinobi were in meditative positions, repressing the darkness now with in them.

"The silence is almost scary," Sakura thought as she sat on Naruto's shoulder, "At least Naruto's kept his promise so far. But for how much longer?"

"Kakashi, we found it," Pankun yelled. The nin-dog sniffed a bit more. "Yep Orochimaru and that kid Kabuto," Pankun said when Kakashi appeared.

"All right, go and tell Tsunade-sama," Kakashi said. Pankun nodded and Kakashi followed another dog on the scent's trail, while Pankun raced back to Tsunade.

After a few minutes, Kakashi came to where the trail ended. "Hmm, I think this might be a trap," Kakashi said.

"And you fell right into it," Kabuto said appearing with Orochimaru.

"Hello Kakashi, I have a gift for you," Orochimaru said, holding the scroll up, ready to open it on him. He started pealing the seal so the crystals would hit Kakashi.

"I don't think so," Kakashi said, before whistling and his reamining nin-dogs attacked. Surprised, Orochimaru lost the scroll and it went into the air opened. The dust flew everywhere and there was the sound of coughing.
