"What are we going to do?" Iruka asked, as Shikamaru was appearing to nap at his full height.

"We need some way to motivate him, either by duress or promises," Ausma said.

"Hmm, well, I could always give him a good spanking," Kakashi said. one of Shikamaru's eyes opened up.

"That's sick, you know that? And really perverted," Shikamaru said.

"A little history for you Shikamaru, I was trained by the 4th Hokage," Kakashi said.

"I know that," Shikamaru said.

"But what you don't know is the 4th Hokage was the one who told Lord Jiraiya to make his Icha Icha books even more perverted to sell them," Kakashi said, "You see, pervertedness runs in my line of teachers." Shikamaru started to get worried.

"Hey Asuma, isn't that kunoichi of the Sand, Temari, coming in a few days to report on how Gaara's being accepted and the usual status report?" Iruka asked.

"Yeah, and we could always get a camera to take a photo of Shikamaru's spanking as well," Asuma said, chuckling.

"You three are sick you know that?" Shikamaru said.

"Well, are you going to come willingly or do I need to grow and embarrass you in front of the entire village?" Kakashi asked.

"All right, I'll come," Shikamaru said, "Let me get some gear." Shikamaru shrunk and went to his home to get some flash bombs.

"You weren't really going to spank him, were you?" Iruka asked.

"Well now, I can't answer nor deny that question," Kakashi replied, smiling beneath his mask. Asuma and Iruka exchanged glances. This was a side of Kakashi neither ever wanted to know about.

Back on the training field, Naruto was still growing and occasionally shrinking in different amounts. He now stood 94 feet tall. Hinata was watching from behind some trees with her Byakugan.

"He's amazing," she thought.

"All right Sakura, back up," Naruto said, "I want to try something."

"And what's that?" Sakura asked, worried.

"I'm going to jump and shrink," Naruto said.

"What? Why?" Sakura asked. She had known Naruto to try some crazy things, but this she just didn't get.

"Well, I want to see how much higher I'll go if I shrink after launching with these powerful legs," Naruto explained, "I mean, if I can keep the same speed, can you imagine what that would be like for me running at 300 feet and diving into someone at 50 feet tall? The speed from the hit would be stronger, wouldn't it?" Sakura's mouth hung open.

"Naruto, that's brilliant," Sakura said, "And a great strategy to use if you need to fight again." Sakura backed up to the tree line, near where Hinata was. Naruto took a deep breath and launched himself high into the sky and shrunk to 20 feet tall during the upwards flight. The high point of his jump was increased greatly. He positioned himself into a dive and before he struck, flipped into a feet first landing. Everything in 200 yards shook violently. Naruto was actually knee deep in dirt. Sakura nearly screamed from the shaking, but heard some noise behind her. Once the world stopped she looked behind the tree.

"Hey Sakura, how was that?" Naruto asked, smiling. He looked and saw Sakura wasn't where she was. "Sakura?" he called again, worried he might of hurt her.

"I'm all right," Sakura said, "I'm just looking over Hinata."

"Hinata's here?" Naruto asked, pulling his legs out and walking over. Sakura carefully pulled a fainted Hinata out from behind the tree line.

"She must of bumped her head from that quake you made," Sakura said. Naruto looked down on the two tiny girls. He gently picked up Sakura and Hinata in his two hands. Sakura went to his shoulder and Hinata went to his lap after he sat down.

"I hope she's all right," Naruto said, looking at her.

"She's probably fine," Sakura said stiffly. Hinata began to stir.

"Oh my, what happened?" she thought, "One minute I was in a tree, next I'm on this hard stuff." Her eyes blinked open and she saw Naruto looking down on her. His chest right next to her head.

"Hey Hinata," Naruto said, "You all right?" Hinata began to blush and her heart rate sped up.

"I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I'm fine," Hinata said, "I'm glad to see you're well, after what happened."

"Thanks," Naruto said, oblivious to Hinata's subconscious actions. Sakura wasn't.

"What happened just now?" Hinata asked.

"I made an earthquake," Naruto said.

"Which was a really interesting move," Sakura said, scooting over to Naruto's head, "You came up with a bunch of great moves during the incident. Some of which saved my life." Sakura then did something a bit bold. She gave Naruto a thank you kiss on his cheek.

Naruto had blushed a bit from Sakura's kind words, but when she kissed him, it took all his self restraint not to jump up again, since Hinata was on his lap. Hinata however felt both jealousy and sadness when she saw the kiss.

"I won't let go that easily," Hinata thought, glaring at Sakura. Sakura met the glare with one that read she understood and wouldn't back down from Naruto. 'Naruto," Hinata said, "I'm really glad you're all right," Hinata said, "Feel free to come by my house if you want to talk about your experiences." She rose off his lap and got off.

"Thanks Hinata," Naruto said, "Maybe I will tomorrow. I'm heading to Sakura's for dinner tonight." Hinata's smile froze, but her eyes went wide open.

"Well, I hope you have a nice evening," Hinata said before leaving. Inner Sakura gave an huge laugh for that victory just now.

"Take that!" Inner Sakura screamed.

Hinata was very sad now and ran on.
