Making the scroll had been far more difficult than she expected. "I just hope this works," she thought, examining the dust on the scroll. While Orochimaru's was green and Sasori's was a red-amber, the dust before Tsunade was pinkish-blue. "Now I'll need a male to try it on." With that, Tsunade departed her office in search of a test subject.
In truth, the process of making the growth dust wasn't hard with the symbols. What drained each of the creators was putting their own will into the dust, to determine what exactly became of the giant after growth. Orochimaru desired corruption and power to be given to the victor. Sasori wanted complete subjugation. Tsunade's dust was different to a degree. The dust she created, unknowingly to her, would work best on those who already grew, amplifying their power, much like how she amplifies her own strength with chakra control. But like all the others, enough exposer to the dust would lead to the person serving Tsunade as a slave. Tsunade only knew the last part for certain.
Tsunade approached where many of the giants were waiting for Kakashi to tell them if they would be picked to go on the mission.
"Who should I pick?" Tsunade thought, "Kakashi should be a good choice, since it'd better to have him the largest over Naruto. But Naruto has shown to be quiet ingenious with his new found power, if a bit flaunting. Shikamaru or Iruka would also be good, as both are chunin. Then there are the little giants who didn't last very long. But I also don't even know what this dust will do. Maybe I should try a test a little dust on someone first?"
