Sasori threw out his right hand and chakra strings attached to Konohamaru. Sasori felt that Kankuro would be able to handle himself yet Konohamaru would likely get beat quickly against opponents of an equal size. Kakashi hung back slightly as Iruka and Naruto moved forward, Iruka heading for Konohamaru while Naruto took on Kankuro. Just before Naruto reached Kankuro he created a group of Shadow Clones that jumped into the air, growing to their full gigantic height to press Kankuro in the same way they had Neji. Kankuro threw out his hands and five strings attached to two of the clones. With a twisting movement, Kankuro managed to turn the clones against the others, destroying them before they reached the ground.

"You're going to have to do better than that!" Kankuro said, guiding the clones in front of him.

"I should have known Sasori would teach him something like that. I don't think Kankuro was capable of controlling humans before." Kakashi thought, moving silently behind Kankuro.

The clones were not liking being under anyone's control. The looks of displeasure on their faces was enough to broadcast what they thought of the whole situation. While Naruto was facing down this small army, Iruka was trying his best to subdue Konohamaru without actually hurting him. Konohamaru was relying on his new size and strength to help him win since he lacked any serious ninjutsu. Iruka was matching him, blocking his blows and landing a few of his own. Iruka didn't like the idea of fighting one of his students but he hated the idea of one of his student's being controlled against their will. This thought spurred him on causing him to land more blows on Konohamaru. Konohamaru growled and pulled out a tiny ball. He threw it at Iruka causing it to explode in a tiny black cloud on his cheek. It did absolutely no damage but it surprised Iruka long enough for Konohamaru to slam his foot into Iruka's stomach. Konohamaru, being under Sasori's control, had no reason to hold back like Iruka so his kick was full force and Iruka was not expecting it.

The battle between the four titans raged on as Kakashi slowly got behind Kankuro, ready to attack and grab Sasori off Kankuro's shoulder. Just as he was about to attack Kankuro pulled his left hand around and caused one of Naruto's clones to guard him from behind. Turning slightly, Kankuro was able to send one clone after Naruto and the other after Kakashi. Sasori smiled as this fight went on, the odds clearly in his favor.

Not too far from this position, Team B was heading out to engage the other Akatsuki in battle. Since they had so many giants of varying sizes on their side they didn't anticipate any problems. The biggest obstacle, was finding them. Shikamaru stopped suddenly and held out his hand. The group came to a halt next to a clearing. Shizune, hanging onto Sasuke's back, asked, "What's wrong?"

Shikamaru put a finger to his lips then pointed at the clearing. Everyone looked and saw two of the Akatsuki members standing in the clearing, talking. Looking closer, they saw Sakura tied up between them. Sasuke was instantly suspicious. "This seems almost too easy."

Shikamaru nodded and whispered, "Yeah, I know what you mean. It's more than likely a trap."

Shizune looked nervous as she said, "What should we do?"

Gaara quietly said, "Surround them. If we attack from all sides, they won't be able to target us in a big group."

Shikamaru nodded and said, "Sounds like a plan. Me and Shizune will go one way, Sasuke and Gaara go the other. We'll all attack at once after six minutes have passed."

Sasuke handed Shizune over to Shikamaru who started moving to the left. Sasuke and Gaara headed to the right. Once each giant was in a different spot around the clearing, forming a triangle with the Akatsuki in the center, they had one minute before the attack would begin.
