"Now," Shikamaru said over the radio and the three giants and Shizune went after the Akatsuki.

In the clearing, Hidan and Kakuzu were talking.

"I'm telling you we should make another scroll and grow me!" Hidan yelled.

"And I'm telling you to shut up," Kakuzu said. Suddenly three massive people came in from different directions. "It seems we were found out," Kakusu said before twitching slightly. Hidan also began twitching. Even Sakura was twitching. Shizune's eyes went wide.

"Retreat! Their bombs!" Shizune said as the giants retreated. Actually, Gaara didn't retreat, but instead tried to contain the explosions in his sand coffin. Due to the strength of the three, this was a costly act on his chakra, but no damage was done. Shikamaru and Sasuke exchanged glances. Both thought the same thing: Someone had to of been watching to know when to blow the bombs.

"Spread out and find them," Shikamaru ordered, walking along in one direction. Gaara merely stood still, staring off into nothing. Sasuke went to one direction they didn't come from.

"I found one," Gaara said, raising his hand when out of the ground, Deidara appeared, covered in sand.

"You little bastard, hmm," Deidara said, "How did you find me?"

"I made everything beneath the top soil into sand. Finding you was easy," Gaara said, "Now where are your team mates?"

"Those idiots?" Deidara said, "I told them to leave you to me. They went off somewhere else. Not sure really."

"Then you're not needed to live anymore," Gaara said as he started crushing Deidara from the legs up slowly.

"I thought he had changed," Shikamaru said quietly to Sasuke.

"He has,' Sasuke said, "He hasn't tried killing us, has he?"

"All right, I'll tell you, they went that way! hmm," Deidara yelled nodding his head northward after his pelvis was crushed.

"Thank you," Gaara said before encasing all of Deidara in sand and killing him..

"All right, let's get moving," Shikamaru said, ignoring the blood now dripping from Gaara's sand.

Meanwhile, the real Kakuzu and Hidan were moving south with Sakura on Hidan's shoulder. He was smiling.

"Virgin sacrifices," Hidan said, "That's something I haven't done in a long time."

"Just tell me how long this stupid ceremony will take?" Kakuzu said, "I'm not in the mood for a long one. We do have enemy forces tracking us."

"Only a half hour," Hidan said when something shot out of the woods and grabbed Sakura. Kakuzu barely had time to see the toad's tongue rescue Sakura when Jiraiya came from the other side, with his sword from before drawn and ready. He charged forward and decapitated Hidan again.

"This was miscalculated," Kakuzu said, seeing his partner was down, again.

"I'd say so," Jiraiya said, looking at Kakuzu, while the toad from before grabbed Hidan's head from a distance. It picked up the injured Sakura and went after Team B.
