Of course, the sight of Kiba and Choji growing did not go unnoticed. Choji quickly grew from his old 108 foot tall height all the way up to 350 feet an impressive growth considering it was Itachi's first attempt at creating a scroll. Kiba, starting out bigger than Choji, grew even larger reaching 400 feet even. Instantly both boys took off through the village in different directions. Thinking fast, Kakashi and Asuma went after Choji while Iruka took off after Kiba.The three senseis had already been together discussing the events of the village and the movements of Akatsuki when they had spotted the two growing giants. Noticing the by now familiar slightly blank look in the eyes of the giants, the three ninja acted quickly. Since Iruka was the biggest he went after the bigger Kiba while the two smaller ninja went off after Choji. Itachi watched this all passively everything going exactly as planned for him. He knew that if he sent two giants off away from the village they would be sure to draw all attention away from what he was about to do next. Staying in the back alleys the missing-nin eventually reached the hospital. Once there he waited until a nurse came out on her lunch break. He hypnotized her and said, "Where is Kankuro of Suna staying?"

The nurse instantly responded, "He's on the third floor in room 356."

Itachi looked up at the hospital and said, "Point at the right window."

The nurse looked up at the third floor and pointed at a window that was near the corner of the building. Itachi released his grip and quickly escaped into the hospital leaving the nurse dazed and confused but with no memory of her encounter. Luckily, no one was in the room except Kankuro. He was in a hospital bed, wearing nothing except a hospital gown his face still clear of the usual stripes. He hadn't been allowed to leave the hospital for sometime and he was getting annoyed by the whole situation. He wanted to feel the feelings of power with a clear head instead in a fog of control. He was spending his time repairing small parts of Crow and Black Ant waiting for his custom clothes to be finished so he and his siblings could go home. He looked up in shock as Itachi arrived in the room, throwing the scroll at Kankuro. It exploded when it was inches from his face, covering him in dust. Itachi grabbed Kankuro and tossed him outside through the window as he started growing bigger and bigger. As soon as he hit the ground Kankuro went running outside the village, growing continuously as he went. Itachi stayed hidden in the shadows heading back to Kisame and Tobi.
