Kakashi would be lying if he told his comrades he was both excited and worried at the same time as he carried the 4th's scroll in his pocket as Team J moved through the woods. He, like Jiraiya, knew the 4th Hokage in ways no one else did. So knowing he made a growth scroll only made him wonder how close an eye he kept on Orochimaru and how lond did it take Orochimaru to perfect his jutsu?
"All right, we're far enough from the village," Jiraiya said, "Kakashi, use the scroll."
"Right," Kakashi said, pulling out the scroll. There was a moment of reverence as Kakashi held the scroll. IN a quick flash, he opened the scroll and a beautiful color of yellow sprayed onto him. With his sharigan eye, Kakashi saw that this dust was truly fine. It was so fine, to someone who didn't know it was dust would think it was pollen from flowers. Iruka, Shikamaru, and Jiraiya held their breath as Kakashi sky rocketed upwards.
"Wow, this feeling is amazing," Kakashi thought as he grew taller and taller. Iruka, like Naruto before, grew to be a benchmark for Kakashi's new height. But Kakashi quickly dwarfed Iruka and continued higher and higher. From his 180 foot max, Kakashi stopped finally at 6300 feet tall, 35 times his original size and over 1 mile tall. Kakashi quickly shrunk back to his old size.
"Holy crap," Shikamaru said, "You were huge."
"I'm almost scared to wonder how tall I would of been if some had gotten on me," Iruka said.
"Oh a a little under 4.5 miles high," Kakashi said before they continued on their way. The surrounding forest destroyed from Kakashi's feet and legs. The team was very lucky in many ways. Not only for having a good person to use the scroll on, but that Itachi and Madara never sensed the earth shaking due to them fighting with genjutsu at the time.
At the size of 20 feet, and carrying Jiraiya, the big three quickly found the missing giants due to the noise of them walking back and forth between Madara and Itachi.
When they arrived, they shrunk and were hidden, And over heard the following part of their conversation.
"You can't bluff me Madara. The technique used to create those giants was not a Sharingan ability. I don't know if what you say about your eyes are true, but I do know that you merely hypnotized those three. They are still under my control."
Madara shook his head and said, "You really think any jutsu you use could overcome the power of my eyes? You're a powerful opponent Itachi, but you're no match for me."
Itachi started walking forward and said, "We'll see."
His gaze turned to the other three ninja and their eyes locked. Slowly, the ninja started walking back toward Itachi. They were halfway to Itachi when Madara sighed and said, "And this is where I prove my eye's power."
"Oh man, that other guy has a sharigan?" Shikamaru asked, "What are we going to do now?"
"Well, we could either help Itachi, since he looks like he's on his last leg or wait for the other guy to finish him off and then move in," Jiraiya said.
"If we go now, you Shikamaru should bind all but Itachi as we move in. I'll go after that Madara, while Iruka grabs Itachi from behind," Kakashi said.
"And I'll support Kakashi," Jiraiya said, "So, should we move in?" Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
